Personal Data Processing Policy

1. General provisions

This policy sets out how the personal data of visitors to automate.uz (the “Website”) received by Automate LLC (the “Company”) through contact forms is processed and protected. The policy has been prepared in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” (ZRU-547 of 02.07.2019).

2. What data we collect

When you submit a request through the Website, you voluntarily provide us with your name, phone number, email address (optional) and the text of your message. In addition, your IP address, the date and time of submission and the address of the page from which the request was sent are recorded automatically.

To protect the form from automated submissions, we use a verification code (CAPTCHA) and a technical session cookie, which contains no personal data and is deleted when you close your browser. The Website does not use cookies to track users. If web analytics services are added, this policy will be updated accordingly.

3. Purposes of processing

Contacting you about your inquiry: answering your question, estimating the cost of services, scheduling a meeting; preparing a commercial proposal and a service contract; protecting the Website from spam and automated messages.

We do not use your data for marketing emails without separate consent and do not share it with third parties, except as required by law.

4. Storage and protection

Requests are delivered to the Company’s corporate email and internal request log. Only employees responsible for client relations have access to them. Data is kept no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing, and no more than three years from the last interaction, after which it is deleted.

5. Your rights

You have the right to request information about which of your data we process, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent to processing. To do so, email info@automate.uz with the subject “Personal data”. We will respond within 10 business days.

6. Changes to this policy

The Company may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page; the date of the latest revision is shown at the top of the document.
