Turnkey IT for a New Office
Opening an office means a dozen contractors and one question: “Will the internet and 1C work on Monday?” We take on the entire IT scope: from the outlet plan during renovation to every employee’s workstation by moving day.
What’s included
Design during renovation
A plan for workstations, outlets, Wi-Fi access points, the server room and low-voltage cable routes — before the walls are closed. Coordination with the builders and the interior designer.
Internet and providers
Selection and connection of two providers with failover, transfer of numbers and contracts, link acceptance testing.
Network and Wi-Fi
Structured cabling, racks, switches, router, seamless Wi-Fi, a guest network, VPN to the old office and branches.
Server room
Rack, UPS, cooling, moving or replacing servers, data migration on the night of the move, backup checks before and after.
Telephony
IP PBX, number porting, handset and softphone setup, a voice menu for the new office.
Workstations
Moving, connecting and testing every workstation, printer and MFP. Employees arrive on Monday and everything works.
CCTV and access control
Cameras, recorder, electronic locks and turnstile — in one project together with the network, not “another company later.”
Documentation and handover
Network diagram, labeling, passwords, equipment records. Then ongoing managed services or a handover to your IT team.
What you get
Not “the network is done, telephony comes next week,” but everything together by moving day — on the schedule set out in the contract.
Design, equipment and labor are calculated up front. Changes only by mutual agreement.
The network is designed before renovation, so there is no need to chase freshly finished walls or run cables along the baseboards.

Frequently asked questions
How far ahead of the move should we contact you?
Ideally at the renovation design stage, 1–2 months ahead. At a minimum, 3 weeks: that’s how long network and server room installation takes for a 30–50 seat office.
Can we move our old equipment?
Yes. We run an audit to decide what moves and what gets replaced. We recommend replacement only where old equipment would hold back your work.
