Information Security and Backup
The most common way a business in Tashkent loses everything is not a fire but ransomware that arrives in an email to the accountant — and a “backup” nobody ever tested. We close exactly these risks: systematically, by checklist, with verified restores.
What’s included
Security audit
Accounts of former employees, shared passwords, open ports, server access from the internet, “everyone has access to everything” permissions. A report with priorities.
3-2-1 backup
Three copies, two media, one off-site — on a dedicated backup server in the MyCloud data center in Tashkent. Daily, automatic, with failure alerts. A monthly test restore, documented in a signed report.
Ransomware protection
Isolated copies that malware cannot delete, restricted permissions, blocking of executables from attachments, behavior monitoring on workstations.
Access control
Role-based permissions, single sign-on, access revoked on the day of departure, an audit log of administrator actions.
Two-factor authentication
For email, VPN, cloud services and remote access — a password is no longer your only line of defense.
Perimeter protection
Firewall, network segmentation, VPN instead of open ports, security updates in an agreed maintenance window.
Employee training
Short briefings and simulated phishing campaigns: employees learn to recognize the “email from the CEO” and the “invoice from a supplier.”
Recovery plan
A document covering what we do if a server fails, the internet goes down, an infection occurs or the administrator leaves. Recovery times for each scenario.
What you get
A verified backup and a plan: after an incident you are back to work in hours, not “starting from scratch.”
Former employees, open ports and shared passwords stop being a way into your company.
After training, phishing emails get opened many times less often.

Frequently asked questions
We have antivirus — isn’t that enough?
Antivirus is one of eight layers. Ransomware most often gets in through legitimate user actions, and antivirus doesn’t stop it. What protects you is the combination: permissions, isolated backups, two-factor authentication and trained employees.
Is this included in the managed services subscription?
Basic backups, antivirus and access control are included in the Standard plan. A full security audit, employee training, a recovery plan and perimeter protection are a separate service or a plan upgrade.
