IT Audit

An audit answers the question: “What state is our IT really in?” We check everything — from passwords to backups — and deliver a report that makes sense to an executive, not just to a technical specialist.

Scope

What’s included

01

Inventory

A register of hardware, software and licenses. Identification of unlicensed software and unaccounted-for equipment.

02

Servers and data

Server health, whether backups exist and actually work, fault tolerance.

03

Network

Diagram, equipment, bottlenecks, Wi-Fi quality, external access, internet redundancy.

04

Security

Passwords and access, former employees with active accounts, antivirus, updates, open ports, ransomware protection.

05

Processes

Who handles IT issues and how, whether documentation exists, what happens if the administrator leaves.

06

Final report

A written report: a list of risks rated by severity (critical / important / recommended), recommendations, a plan and an indicative cost of remediation.

Outcome

What you get

An objective picture

An independent view, with no interest in “selling hardware” or hiding problems.

Priorities

Clarity on what needs fixing today, what this quarter, and what can wait.

A basis for the budget

The report includes cost estimates, so you can plan your IT budget for the year.

How we work

Four steps to results

  1. 01

    Request

We clarify the task, scope and timeline. You get an estimated cost the same day.

  2. 02

    Survey

An engineer assesses the current state on site or remotely and documents risks and requirements.

  3. 03

    Proposal

A quote or contract with the scope of work, timeline and SLA. No hidden charges.

  4. 04

    Delivery

Work, acceptance, documentation. Then ongoing support, if you need it.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How long does an audit take?

For a company with 20–50 workstations, 3–5 business days: 1–2 days on site, the rest for analysis and report preparation.

Do we have to sign up for your managed services after the audit?

No. The audit is a standalone service. You can hand the report to your own IT department or any other provider.

Is the audit free?

The initial review before signing a managed services contract is free. A full audit with a written report is a paid service; the price depends on the size of your infrastructure.
