Business Process Automation
When managers manually copy orders from the website into 1C, accounting reconciles payments against bank statements, and the CEO gets the numbers from Excel at the end of the month — that’s not “how everyone does it,” it’s processes that can be automated in weeks. We start with a process audit, not with writing code.
What’s included
Process audit
We look at how your company really works: where data is entered twice, where requests get lost, what is done by hand. The result is a list of processes with the expected impact and cost of automating each.
Integrations
1C ↔ CRM ↔ website ↔ warehouse ↔ bank: data exchange with no manual re-entry. Payme, Click, Uzum, bank statements, Didox and e-document systems, delivery services, marketplaces.
Telegram bots
Customer requests, staff notifications, document approvals, a morning report for the CEO, order status for customers — in the messenger everyone in Uzbekistan uses.
Internal systems
Request and service ticket tracking, inventory management, a CRM tailored to your business, employee and customer portals — when off-the-shelf products don’t fit or cost more than custom development.
Reports and dashboards
Real-time business metrics from 1C, CRM and other systems on one screen: sales, receivables, staff workload, stock levels. No waiting for a report from accounting.
Document workflow and approvals
Payment, leave and purchase requests — approval routes with notifications and a full history, instead of paperwork and chat threads.
1C customization
Data processors, exchanges, print forms and reports — together with your 1C specialist or franchise partner.
Support and evolution
Automation doesn’t end at launch: we support it, adapt it as your business changes and keep an eye on the integrations.
What you get
A typical website integration with 1C and CRM frees up 2–4 hours of a manager’s time per day, with zero lost orders.
A single source of truth instead of five spreadsheets with different numbers.
The CEO sees the process instead of asking “how’s it going” in a chat.
Four steps to results
- 01
Request
We clarify the task, scope and timeline. You get an estimated cost the same day.
- 02
Survey
An engineer assesses the current state on site or remotely and documents risks and requirements.
- 03
Proposal
A quote or contract with the scope of work, timeline and SLA. No hidden charges.
- 04
Delivery
Work, acceptance, documentation. Then ongoing support, if you need it.
Frequently asked questions
How does a project start?
With a process audit — 1–2 days. You receive a list of what is worth automating, with the expected impact and cost, and you decide where to start. The audit is useful even if you don’t order the development from us.
What technologies do you use?
Web technologies and Python for integrations and internal systems, the Telegram Bot API for bots, and standard 1C exchange mechanisms. The code and documentation are handed over to you — no vendor lock-in.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
A Telegram bot for requests takes from 1–2 weeks; a website-to-1C integration, 2–4 weeks; an internal record-keeping system, from 1–2 months. The price is fixed in the estimate after the audit.
