CCTV and Access Control

Video surveillance is part of your IT infrastructure: the same networks, storage servers and access rights. We design and install turnkey systems and also take over cameras that are already in place — so the archive actually records and viewing works from any device.

Scope

What’s included

01

Design

Camera placement on the floor plan, taking into account monitored zones, lighting and blind spots. Storage sized for the required archive depth.

02

IP camera installation

Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, Ajax: indoor, outdoor and PTZ cameras, with license plate and face recognition. Cabling and PoE power.

03

Recorders and storage

NVR or server storage, RAID, an archive depth of 14 days or more. For critical zones, the archive is duplicated to the MCVMS cloud of our partner MyCloud: footage is preserved even if the recorder is stolen along with the cameras.

04

Remote viewing

Access to cameras and the archive from smartphones and computers over a secure connection, with no “gray” clouds or open ports.

05

Access control and intercoms

Electronic locks, cards and biometrics, turnstiles, time tracking, IP intercoms. Integration with video surveillance.

06

Maintenance

Regular checks that every camera is working and recording, lens cleaning, firmware updates, replacement of failed devices.

07

System security

Changing factory passwords, isolating cameras on a separate network and closing external access — a typical entry point for attacks on offices.

08

Incident support

Fast export of archive footage on request for security teams and law enforcement.

Outcome

What you get

The archive is really there

Regular recording checks mean that after an incident you get the footage, not “the camera wasn’t recording.”

One infrastructure

Cameras, network and servers are handled by one provider — no need to figure out whose responsibility it is.

Protection from hacking

Cameras with factory passwords and open ports are the most common source of leaks. We close that gap.

How we work

Four steps to results

  1. 01

    Request

We clarify the task, scope and timeline. You get an estimated cost the same day.

  2. 02

    Survey

An engineer assesses the current state on site or remotely and documents risks and requirements.

  3. 03

    Proposal

A quote or contract with the scope of work, timeline and SLA. No hidden charges.

  4. 04

    Delivery

Work, acceptance, documentation. Then ongoing support, if you need it.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Will you take over cameras installed by another company?

Yes. We run an audit: the condition of the cameras and recorder, archive depth, access rights. We fix anything critical and bring the system under ongoing support.

How long is footage kept?

It depends on the number of cameras, resolution and disk capacity. We typically design for 14–30 days; for checkout areas and warehouses, up to 90 days.

Can I view the cameras from my phone?

Yes, through a secure app or VPN. We never expose cameras directly to the internet — it isn’t safe.
