Employee and Workstation Support
Everything your employees run into every day: the printer won’t print, a file won’t open, access is denied, the e-signature has “dropped off.” A dedicated engineer who knows your infrastructure and your people responds remotely within an hour and visits on schedule — without a full-time salary.
What’s included
Employee helpdesk
A single support number and Telegram channel. Remote connection to the employee’s computer to fix the issue right then and there, with no waiting for a visit.
Workstations
A new hire’s computer ready in one day: operating system, software, email, access, printers. Diagnostics, repair and component replacement.
Software and licenses
Installation and updates of office suites, 1C, browsers and specialized software. License compliance and replacement of unlicensed software.
Accounts and access
Onboarding and offboarding of employees, permissions to folders and systems, password changes on departure — the same day.
E-signatures, tax portal, online banking
Setup of E-IMZO and e-signature keys, my.soliq.uz, Didox and other e-document systems, online banking and payment systems on workstations.
Printers and MFPs
Network printing and scanning, drivers, paper jams and errors, consumption tracking, cartridge refills through partners.
Upgrades and maintenance
Switching to SSDs and adding memory makes older computers 3–5 times faster. Scheduled cleaning, thermal paste replacement, UPS checks.
Antivirus and updates
Centrally managed antivirus protection, timely security updates and response to infections.
Hardware inventory
A register of equipment with its service history and replacement recommendations — so your refresh budget is planned in advance.
What you get
Not a call center: the same specialist, familiar with your systems and people, with a full team behind them.
Most employee requests are resolved remotely within an hour — under the SLA, not “whenever someone is free.”
Planned maintenance instead of emergency repairs. Employees stay productive, and the replacement budget is known in advance.

An engineer assesses the current state on site or remotely and documents risks and requirements.

Work, acceptance, documentation. Then ongoing support, if you need it.
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from IT outsourcing?
Workstation support covers employees, computers and office equipment. IT outsourcing is broader: it adds servers, the network, security, 24/7 monitoring and full responsibility for the infrastructure. This service is included in it as one component.
How quickly will an engineer arrive?
Scheduled visits follow the timetable in the contract. Unscheduled visits for incidents are made within the SLA; most issues are resolved remotely within an hour.
Do you repair equipment for individuals?
No, we work only with organizations under contract.
